Welcome! I’m Amanda Moreland, founder and owner of 7 Rings Mental Health Group. I am a Master’s-level social worker, Illinois Licensed Social Worker, mental health professional, author, educator, and community advocate committed to helping individuals and families feel supported, valued, and connected.

My professional background includes mental health services, behavioral health, social work, case management, education, customer service, and community outreach. My approach is grounded in compassion, professionalism, dignity, and respect.

I created 7 Rings Mental Health Group with a vision of developing meaningful programs that address real needs within our communities. One of those services is our Senior Program, designed to provide seniors with dependable companionship, conversation, social connection, and friendly check-ins.

As the owner and current sole provider of the Senior Companion Program, I personally conduct scheduled visits, giving families the comfort of knowing who will be spending time with their loved one and providing consistency from visit to visit.
